Oxx has already built strong brand awareness and preference in our target market and is now looking for a Head of Marketing to further build and refine the Oxx positioning and messaging.
The Oxx team is now seeking a Head of Marketing to lead all their marketing efforts. This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly intelligent and driven team of SaaS experts to build the leading European VC investment firm focused on B2B SaaS. As a team Oxx are extremely ambitious and so are the entrepreneurs and teams with whom we partner - we are looking for a marketing specialist who is cut from the same cloth.
As Oxx’s Head Of Marketing you will report directly to one of the Oxx founding partners. You will function as the spider in the web for all things marketing, engaging on strategic, operational and tactical matters. It is important that you can think strategically and explain complex ideas and concepts, but it is also critical that you are willing to role up your sleeves and “get shit done”. Initially, you will be an excellence centre of one, but working closely with members of the Oxx team to deliver various marketing initiatives. You will also be managing a number of external marketing partners and suppliers. The role doesn’t mean you will be doing everything yourself, but you will be responsible for everything to happen.
Oxx seeks to partner with companies from all over Europe as they expand internationally, particularly towards the US, so an international mindset is a must and experience from working in an international environment is a merit.
Some of your key responsibilities:
Depending on profile, you might also be serving as an advisor to Oxx portfolio companies on brand and PR matters.
You have high ambition, capacity, smartness, and drive. We believe you are a self-starter with good confidence and enjoys project managing and making things happen. You are client- and business oriented at the same time as you are humble, nice, aligning with the Oxx culture. If you have an agile mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, a drive to being part of building a company – you could be a great fit for this role! Additionally, you are fluent in English (verbal and written), have great communication skills, are data-driven and would thrive in a start-up and fast-paced, international environment.
