The Indutrade Group is divided into five international Business Areas. Business Area Technology and Systems Solutions primarily consists of companies with proprietary products based on advanced technology solutions and in-house development, design, and manufacturing. The companies sell measurement systems, sensors, control and regulation technology, as well as monitoring equipment to a wide range of industries.

About the Role:

As a Business Area Coordinator & Communication for Technology and Systems Solutions, you will provide vital support to the Business Area Head and the management team. You will support the Business Area with communication strategies, presentation design, event planning, and other administrative duties to improve the internal processes and workflows within the Business Areas. The role responsibilities may change over time depending on the business needs.

You will be stationed at Indutrade's headquarters in Kista and have access to an expert network of colleagues in similar roles, who provide support and guidance when needed. Additionally, you will be part of a large international network within the business area and across the Indutrade Group.

Examples of areas of responsibility and tasks:

  • Responsible for internal communication within the business area, including Indutrade's portal and LinkedIn, by updating information, publishing news and job postings, and assisting the companies with related tasks.
  • Support in the creation of reports and presentations.
  • Project-managed the organization of large CEO conferences, administered networks, and support the segment managers in arranging CEO meetings.
  • Responsible for administrative functions, including administration of expenses, receipts, etc. related to business area management roles.

Experience/Specific Competencies Required:

  • At least five years’ experience in a communication, coordination or administrative role.
  • Experience in an international context.
  • Background in working with communication management and good communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Office programs and a strong understanding of systems. Experience working in PowerPoint with a good eye for layout.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, structured and attentive to details, and experienced in establishing routines and structure as needed.
  • Good at driving own projects and working with different topics in parallel. 
  • Working proficiency in English and Swedish.
