We are currently looking for Dustin´s next Head of Business Control to lead and develop the company´s Business Controller function to the next level.

In the position as Head of Business Control, you will become a key player in Dustin´s financial strategy and operations. Leading a team of Business Control Managers you will drive the evolution of the company´s controller function, focusing on process optimization, system enhancement and automation. Reporting directly to CFO you will be instrumental in decision-making processes, providing strategic insights and financial guidance to senior management.

 Key Responsibilities in the Role:

·     Lead and develop the team of Business Controller Managers and the Business Control function.

·     Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

·     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and business growth.

·     Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO offering expertise in cost management, risk assessment, and performance optimization.

·     Prepare materials for board meetings, providing comprehensive insights into Dustin's financial performance and strategic direction.

Who You Are:

We are looking for someone with an academic background and minimum 8 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record in leadership and financial management, preferably within a larger international listed company. It is meritorious if you have experience in project management and change management (such as implementing new systems or automating certain work processes).

You are an appreciated leader who makes other people develop and perform. Your social competence and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders will be an advantage for you in this position. You possess a commercial and strategic mindset and have strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and you are proficient in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
