We are currently seeking Dustin´s next Sustainability Communication Manager to strengthen the sustainability team and drive the company's sustainability communication forward.

In the role of Sustainability Communication Manager, you will become a key player in the company's sustainability journey. You'll work with a dedicated team striving to set an industry example. Your communication within sustainability will inspire and engage many people both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for the company's sustainability communication on external websites and intranet.
· Act as the company's contact person, both internally and externally, for all sustainability communication.
· Prepare presentations and other communication materials.
· Develop internal educational materials.
· Responsible for the text content in the sustainability section of the company's interim reporting and annual reports.
· Project management of sustainability surveys, forms, and external rankings.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone with approximately 4-8 years of experience in sustainability communication, either from a communication or sustainability team, preferably within a larger listed company. If you have experience as a communication consultant, that would be an additional advantage.
You possess a commercial mindset and understand how sustainability integrates into business operations. Your social competence and ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders will help inspire and engage the company's employees. Your "doer mentality" and structured approach enable you to take responsibility and independently drive projects.
Experience in project management within communication is desirable, and proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English is a requirement.
